In the “Personalization” box please include the following…

– Anything you would like omitted from the photo
– Color Scheme, Theme, Seasonal, etc.
– Anything you would like added to the photo (will need a photo of any additions)
– Requested Need-By Date if you are not ordering products from our shop

This is drawn by hand, and with that we do use artistic freedom to optimize your artwork for our printing processes to make the art more attractive on your final product. Also, because of the custom, hand drawn nature of this product, please have your pet posing exactly how you would like them to be drawn. For multiple pets, if you are not able to get them to pose together, each photo will have to be taken so that we can put them together exactly as they are in the photo provided. If you decide on a different pose or angle, it will require a new art fee to be paid and the process to start back over. We do allow up to 2 rounds of changes on your artwork that don’t involve completely redrawing.

PROOFS

Once your order is purchased I’ll get right to work on your art and have your proofs to your Etsy inbox just as quickly as possible! All proofing and communication must be done on your Etsy account. We do not receive replies to Etsy email notifications that you receive in your email inbox.
